Premier League: Every goalkeeper to have scored an EPL goal after dramatic Alisson Becker winner

After Alisson Becker netted a 95th-minute winner for Liverpool on Sunday, here is a look at every goalkeeper who has scored in the Premier League.

Alisson made history over the weekend when he became the first goalkeeper in Liverpool's history to score a goal, and the first in the Premier League to have done so with a headed effort during his side's 2-1 win over West Bromwich Albion.

With his side faced with the prospect of dropping points against the Baggies, which could effectively have ended their hopes of qualifying for next season's UEFA Champions League, Alisson rose highest to head home an incredible goal to secure the Reds all three points.

Here is a look at every other goalkeeper who has scored in the competition:

Peter Schmeichel (Everton 2-3 Aston Villa, October 2001)

While perhaps better known for exploits between the sticks for Manchester United, with whom he won five Premier League crowns, legendary goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel was also the first shot-stopper to find the back of the net in the modern era of the competition during his spell with Aston Villa. The former Denmark international, who actually achieved double figures for goals throughout his career, lashed home a volley in Villa's 3-2 defeat to Everton back in 2001 to make EPL history.

Brad Friedel (Charlton 3-2 Blackburn Rovers, February 2004)

Similarly to Schmeichel, Brad Friedel joined the club of goalscoring 'keepers from a corner when he slotted home what appeared to have been a dramatic equaliser in Blackburn's Premier League clash against Charlton in 2004. The former United States star struck a well-taken finish in the dying moments of the match but saw his heroics undone by a last-gasp winner from the Addicks' Claus Jensen.

Paul Robinson (Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 Watford, March 2007)

Paul Robinson made history in 2007 when he became the first, and until Alisson's effort only goalkeeper in Premier League history to find the back of the net in a winning effort for his time. The then-Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper scored in fortuitous fashion when his 75-yard free-kick bounced over the head of his opposite number Ben Foster during Spurs' 3-1 league victory of Watford.

Tim Howard (Everton 1-2 Bolton Wanderers, January 2012)

Not to be undone by Robinson, Tim Howard netted from 101-yards out during Everton's 2-1 defeat to Bolton during the 2011/12 season. With the aid of strong winds, the former United States shot-stopper launched a clearance the length of the field which looped over the head of a hapless Adam Bogdan in Bolton's goal.

Asmir Begovic (Stoke City 1-1 Southampton, November 2013)

While Robinson's goal contributed to a win and Howard's was the furthest, former Stoke City goalkeeper Asmir Begovic scored the fastest goal by a 'keeper in the Premier League when he netted just 13 seconds into the Potters' 1-1 draw against Southampton. The Bosnia Herzegovina star's goal kick covered the length of the field before bouncing and ballooning over the head of Artur Boruc in the Saints' goal.
