Premier League giants Chelsea are reportedly leading the race to sign England and West Ham United star Declan Rice.
Rice has reportedly been a target for some of the Premier League's biggest sides in the last couple years, including Manchester United.
The midfielder's future with the Hammers remains in doubt with 18 months left on his current and reports claim he has already turned down new contract offers.

The Athletic have reported that Chelsea are in poll position to land the England international in the off-season transfer window.
The Hammers have made it clear that Rice won't be leaving in the January transfer window, but the club could reportedly cash in on his services at the end of the season.
Rice did his throw his West Ham future into doubt recently when he expressed his desire to play in the UEFA Champions League.
"One hundred per cent, I want to play in the Champions League. For the last two or three years, I've been saying that," Rice said at the World Cup, as per the Sun.
"I've been playing consistently well for my club and I feel like I really want to keep pushing.
"I see my friends here who are playing Champions League and for big trophies."
"You only get one career and at the end you want to look back at what you've won and the biggest games you've played in. I really want to do that."
