German giants Bayern Munich replaced Julian Nagelsmann with Thomas Tuchel at their helm, while in England, Patrick Vieira and Antonio Conte parted ways with Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur, respectively, over the past week.

An interim coach has been placed in charge at Spurs as the club continues its search for a permanent replacement for the Italian boss, who left the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium by mutual consent following his explosive post-match outburst ahead of the ongoing international break.

According to Sky Italy, the Lilywhites are now considering Zidane as a potential option to succeed Conte at the club.

It is reportedly felt that the Frenchman would command a lot of respect from the dressing room given his reputation as a player as well as his outstanding success in charge of Real, with whom he claimed three consecutive UEFA Champions League titles.

The 50-year-old has previously rejected attempts to play and manage in the Premier League, it could be difficult task to convince him to make the switch to London.

Zidane is also thought to remain interested in the France national team job, while Paris Saint-Germain are also believed to have an appeal to him.
