Barcelona's president insists he doesn't envy Real Madrid with regards to the potential signing of Kylian Mbappe, claiming the French superstar's salary will "destroy" the dressing room.
Mbappe is in the final months of his contract at Paris Saint-Germain and has already informed the club, and his teammates, that he will leave after the expiry of his deal.
As such, it widely believed that his next destination will be the Santiago Bernabeu, although no formal agreement between the player and the Spanish giants has been made public.

Nevertheless, the general feeling remains that Mbappe will finally put an end to the cat and mouse game between him and Real, which has dragged on for several years.
With the 25-year-old having also recently ruled out a move to London, Los Blancos now look to sign him unopposed, as their direct rivals Barca are also unlikely to make a play for the forward.
Moreover, the Blaugrana president Joan Laporta insists that he is not envious of Real signing Mbappe due to the associated problems that could come with signing him.
"I don't envy Madrid, not at all. Furthermore, we still don't know if he'll sign there. We'll see," he said, according to Mundo Deportivo.
"They've got a problem there. They'll have to sell in order to get him, won't they?
"They won't be able to play Mbappé and Vinicius in the same position, will they? And let's not speak about the numbers being quoted.. that'll destroy the changing room, I'm sure."
