Bayern Munich's preparations for their Club World Cup semi-final against Pitso Mosimane's Al Ahly were disrupted after they were forced to sleep on a plane.
Bayern's departure on Friday was delayed after their plan was not given permission to take off due to a strict ban on night flights at BER Airport.

The Bundesliga champions were then forced to sleep on a plan before making their way back to Munich to finally make the trip to Qatar on Saturday morning.
The delay could have an effect on the UEFA Champions League holders , according Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
"They don't know what they have done to our team," Rummenigge told Bild.
"We feel like the authorities in charge in Brandenburg politics have taken us for a ride."
