Emotions ran high in Qatar as Pitso Mosimane led Al Ahly to the semi-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup for the first time in nine years.
Mosimane talked up the challenge of facing the star-studded Qatari champions who ousted Xavi's Al Sadd to league honours last season in order to represent the country at the prestigious event.

With Kenya superstar Michael Olunga - who Mosimane openly admitted lost out on his services last month - leading the line among former Juventus star Mehdi Benatia, it was always going to be an uphill battle.
However, the Red Devils first-half display was near perfect as the controlled the game with high-pressing, intensity, with crisp passing and movement - which Hussein El Shahat took advantage of with the opening goal.
The second half, the home side came out of their shell and took the game to the Club of the Century but they managed to hold out for the historic victory as they look to become the first African club to win the tournament.
The goal-scorer El Shahat shared an emotional moment with Mosimane at the full-time whistle as his faith in the much-maligned winger paid off as he booked the Egyptian giants a fixture against European champions Bayern Munich.
