What Pitso Mosimane told Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick at FIFA Club World Cup revealed

Al Ahly assistant coach Sami Komsan has revealed what Pitso Mosimane and Bayern Munich boss Hansi Flick discussed at the FIFA Club World Cup.

Mosimane met up with the Bayern coach before their semi-final clash and was pictured after the game in discussion with the tactician, who's steered the Bundesliga giants to the sextuple with their Club World Cup triumph.

Since replacing Niko Kovac as head coach, Flick transformed the German giants into one of the most fearsome and physically dominant sides in world football. This has brought praise around their fitness regime with several players displaying incredible transformations over their sustained period of success.

In the semi-final which Bayern won 2-0, the differences in physical ability were glaring which Komsan told On-Time Sports was one of the topics of discussion as he looked to send coaches to study their unique training methods.

"We are satisfied with the team's performance in the FIFA Club World Cup, but between the technical staff, we were not happy with the Bayern Munich match," Komsan said.

"Mosimane discussed with Hansi Flick a possible co-existence period [to send coaches over]. We all agreed that we should return to the [Club] World Cup again next season.

"I [have to] thank the players for winning bronze, they honoured the club and the African continent."
