Portugal 4-0 Nigeria
Portugal, who were without Cristiano Ronaldo, thrashed Nigeria 4-0 in their World Cup warm-up encounter on Thursday night.
Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes got the ball rolling and secured a second from the spot before the halftime break, whilst Goncalo Ramos made it three late on.
The host weren't done and added a fourth when SL Benfica and former Inter Milan midfielder Joao Mario made it four with a simple tap-in.
Nigeria could've gone on the score-sheet as well with a penalty early in the second half, but Emmanuel Denis had his attempt saved by Rui Patricio.
Jordan 1-3 Spain
Spain will enter the World Cup on a winning note after seeing off Jordan 3-1 in a warm-up clash at the Amman International Stadium.
FC Barcelona forward Ansu Fati broke the deadlock in the earlier stages and his club mate Gavi made it two a little inside the second half before Nico Williams found the third.
Oman did get a consolation well in the dying minutes courtesy of Hamza Al-Dardour, as La Roja marched off to the World Cup in style.
Ghana 2-0 Switzerland
Ghana ensured a winning end to their preparations for the World Cup with a 2-0 victory over Switzerland at the ZSC Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
Andre and Jordan Ayew accompanied by Athletic Bilbao's Inaki Williams set out the Black Stars front-line, while the Swiss featured Granit Xhaka, Breel Embolo and Xherdan Shaqiri amongst others.
With the first half ending goalless, the Black Stars struck the first blow through defender Mohammed Salisu and substitute Antoine Semenyo added the final nail in the coffin.
Both these nations will be at the World Cup, as Ghana face Portugal in their opener and the Swiss get their tournament underway against Cameroon next Thursday.
Morocco 3-0 Georgia
Morocco finished their preparations ahead of the World Cup in style after thumping lowly-ranked Georgia 3-0.
The Atlas Lions made a strong start in the matter of five minutes courtesy of Youssef En-Nesyri and Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech applied a remarkable finish to make it two at the break.
A penalty from Ligue 1-based Sofiane Boufal gave the North Africans a third and a comprehensive victory in the end, as their tournament opener against Croatia on Wednesday awaits.
