Brazil legend Kaka has admitted that he is curious to see if Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi can perform in the 2022 FIFA World Cup despite being in the latter stages of their career.
The legendary pair have won 12 Ballon d'Or titles between them and numerous club trophies in their respective careers.
In recent years, both have achieved major trophies with their nations as Ronaldo won the 2016 European Championship with Portugal while Messi won the 2021 Copa America with Argentina.
The duo are likely to be competing in their last World Cup as they are currently at the age of 37-years-old and 35-year-old respectively.
Despite their age, both Portugal and Argentina are being tipped by pundits as potential winnners.
Kaka has tipped the duo to do well in the upcoming tournament.
"I'm curious to see the impact they have on the tournament," Kaka told FIFA media, per Mundo Deportivo.
"I think they will try to show that they are still the leaders."
