Adrien Rabiot: France midfielder confirms talks with European giants with PSG contract set to expire

France international midfielder Adrien Rabiot has confirmed he's in talks with Manchester United and Juventus over a possible transfer upon the expiry of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

Rabiot emerged as one of the hottest prospects in French football since gruduating from the PSG academy back in 2012 and has amassed 150 appearances for the first-team which saw him break into the senior national side.

However, at the end of the 2017/18 season he refused to be a standby option for the World Cup winning squad and has since been frozen out of the Ligue 1 champions for refusing to sign a new contract.

FC Barcelona were strongly linked with a move for his services but his recent attitude issues saw the club opt for the likes of Arthur Melo and Frenkie de Jong.

And with Rabiot's future in limbo as he will become a free agent at the end of June, he's confirmed the two giants of European football have approached him ahead of the new season.

"I've spoken with Juventus, it's a great club where everyone would like to play," he told Corriere dello Sport.   "I like Italy so much, it's wonderful here. A demanding season awaits me. At Juventus? Juve watched me and we talked about it, but I can't say anything.

"Manchester United? It's the same as last year, I have to decide. I'm on vacation for now. Soon you will know."
