Former Manchester United midfield Ander Herrera has opened up about why chose to join Paris Saint-Germain after turning a new deal at Old Trafford.
The Spanish midfielder ended his five-year association with the Red Devils at the end of 2018/2019 season.
Herrera opted to join the Ligue 1 champions on a free transfer and cited the club's ambition to compete for every trophy as one of the reasons he joined.

"Paris Saint-Germain are the greatest club in France," Herrera told the club's official website.
"They keep on improving and compete to win every possible title. I was looking forward to coming to Paris and wearing the colours.
"I hope to continue making history with the club – joining is an amazing feeling. I also love the city. Paris is the most beautiful city in the world.
"I promise three things: work, professionalism and passion. I also promise to improve my French because I think language is very important for team communication."
