Thomas Meunier and Abdou Diallo were brought into the PSG defence while Marco Verratti replaced Tanguy Kouassi in the middle of the park.
It was the hosts who went close to breaking the deadlock inside the opening 10 minutes but Luiz Araujo saw his powerful strike tipped over the crossbar PSG goalkeeper Keylor Navas.
The deadlock was eventually broken on 28 minutes when Neymar played a neat one-two with Verratti before curling one into the top corner from the edge of the box.
Lille looked for a way back into the contest and were nearly rewarded ten minutes later when Reinildo Mandava nicked possession off Muenier before seeing his shot sail inches wide of the upright.
However, PSG were afforded the chance to extend their lead after being awarded a penalty in the 52nd minute after Reinildo was adjudged to have handled in the box. Neymar stepped up and calmly slotted for his and PSG's second goal.
The visitors continued to push more goals as Neymar turned provider to pick out Kylian Mbappe, who was unable to fire past Mike Maignan from close range in the 72nd minute.
Lille did have the ball in the back of the net in second-half stoppage time when Loic Remy slotted past Navas, but it wasn't to be for the visitors as the linesman flagged for offside, with PSG holding on to keep a clean sheet on the night.
