The French full-back has put pen-to-paper on a five-year deal with the French champions.
"I'm really excited! I've been waiting to join PSG for a long time, and it's finally happened. It's a very special day for me and I'm very happy to be here," Hernández told the club's official website.
The 2018 World Cup winner becomes the fifth new arrival in the French capital after Hernandez becomes PSG's fifth signing this week after the arrivals of Marco Asensio, Milan Skriniar, Kang-in Lee and Manuel Ugarte.
