The billionaire owner of Paris Saint-Germain and president of Qatar Sports Investment is said to be in talks over a prospective takeover of Leeds United.   With Leeds suffering another heartbreak in their bid to end their 15-year Premier League absence, reports in France indicate they may receive an incredible boost for their hopes ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.   READ: Mourinho surprised by reported United target   According to Frech newspaper Le Parisien, the president of QSI and owner of PSG, Nasser Al Khelaifi, has met in Doha with the owner of the English club, Andrea Radrizzani.   Following Leeds' defeat in the promotion play-off for the Premier League, the Italian is said to have put the club up for sale and negotiations have advanced to such a point that an agreement could be close.
