The Spanish winger spent nine seasons with the Barcelona first team, where he enjoyed tremendous success after winning 20 trophies under various coaches.
Pedro ended his spell with Barcelona in 2016 to Premier League giants Chelsea and helped the club win the Premier League, FA Cup and a UEFA Europa League title in the last three years.
As his contract winds down at Stamford Bridge, the 32-year-old remains to open to a return where he started his professional football career.
"Everyone knows what I feel for the club, and it's evident that it's a possibility to go back," Pedro told Cadena Ser Catalunya.
"I've always said it. It's a club I have a special love for because I support them. I've had so many experiences there and was there so many years, I feel loved by the fans.
"It's an option that's always there and that I hope could happen.
"I don't know if it's in the hands of the president, the coach or whoever. I think, for them, my return is difficult but it's clearly a possibility."
