A recent reported development in France could see Bafana Bafana star Percy Tau being reunited with former Mamelodi Sundowns teammate Bongani Zungu at Ligue 1 club Amiens SC.
Tau, 25, joined Premier League side Brighton Hove Albion in July 2018, but spent a season-long loan in Belgium with Royal Union Saint-Gilloise, and later won the Proximus Player of the Season award.

UK-based publication The Argus earlier this week revealed that Tau, who failed to land a work permit in order to play in England's top flight, is set to be shipped off for another loan spell after further work permit obstacles arose.
However, Tau's issues of finding a new team could soon be resolved with the news of Amiens' reportedly imminent appointment of former Union Saint-Gilloise manager Luka Elsner, according to Get Football French News.

Tau spent the 2018/19 campaign playing under the watchful eye of 36-year-old Elsner, and excelled as Saint-Gilloise claimed third spot in the Belgian second division.
According to RMC, the French club has already agreed a salary package with the coach, with Amiens believed to be close to buying Elsner out of his current contract with the Belgian side.
It remains to be seen whether or not Tau will be the subject of interest from his former coach at Amiens, but with the former Witbank Spurs star having been voted the 2018/19 Proximus Player of the Season, Elsner is well aware of Tau's quality.
However, Zungu, who suffered an injury-ravaged 2018/19 campaign and was limited to just five league appearances, has been linked witha a move away from Amiens in a bid to reignite his career in Europe.
