Al-Khelaifi, who is also the president of the beIN Media Group, is facing a potential prison sentence after the Swiss Public Prosecutor requested that he and former FIFA vice-president Jerome Valcke be jailed for alleged corruption relating to television rights deals between the company and football's governing body.
French publication L'Equipe reports that the prosecutor has requested the PSG chief be sentenced to 28 months of imprisonment, of which part will be suspended, while Valcke could spend up to three years behind bars for his various alleged indiscretions.
