After reports on Thursday night suggested that Paris Saint-Germain's new manager was already considering leaving the club just weeks after his unveiling, the French giants have now spoken out on the matter.
The Spanish tactician was appointed PSG manager last month following the departure of Christophe Galtier, who lasted just one season in the French capital.

Enrique would have been hoping for a stress-free first season with the club, but he has had to deal with the transfer saga involving the club's all-time leading goalscorer Kylian Mbappe. The France captain's contract with PSG expires at the end of the 2023/24 campaign and he has already confirmed he will not be extending it, putting the club in a difficult position as they are set to lose their star player for free next year if they cannot offload him now.
With things tense between Les Parisiens and the forward, it was reported on Thursday night that the former FC Barcelona coach could be on his way out of PSG as he was "annoyed" and "uncomfortable" with the situation involving the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner, who is currently not with the first team in Japan for their pre-season tour and is training with other players who have been deemed surplus to requirement at PSG.
It was also claimed that Enrique is not pleased with reports about sporting director Luis Campos being linked with a departure a couple weeks ahead of the new season.
However, the club has since deemed talk of an early Enrique exit as "nonsense", with Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano taking to social media to write: "Paris Saint-Germain spokesperson tells me on Luis Enrique considering to leave PSG: 'Today's rumours are as ridiculous as they are completely out of place'. Paris Saint-Germain are dismissing as 'complete nonsense' stories on both Luis Enrique and Luis Campos leaving."
Enrique, meanwhile, could be getting some more reinforcements soon, with reports claiming that Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele and Benfica striker Goncalo Ramos are set to join the French champions in the coming days.
