Mbappe has one year remaining on his current deal at the Parc di Princes, although there has been reports that the striker is a big target for Real Madrid.
Should Mbappe make decision to leave, the Mirror have reported that manager Mauricio Pochettino has identified Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane as his number one target.
Pochettino enjoyed a good relationship with Kane during his time in North London, where he handed the 27-year-old the captain's armband on numerous occasions.
The report adds that Pochettino and Kane continue to communicate, with the Spurs striker recently congratulating the Argentine on his appointment at PSG.
However, it is believed PSG would need to splash out £150million for the England international, who has also reportedly attracted interest from Manchester City as Sergio Aguero's contract expires at the end of the season.
