Cristiano Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes has reportedly offered Manchester United the chance to sign an in-demand forward for £86 million (R1.8 billion).
The Red Devils have been linked with a number of players ahead of the January transfer window, with manager Erik ten Hag looking to fill the void left by Ronaldo, who departed from United following the mutual termination of his contract in November.

One of the players who has been linked with a switch to United in recent months is Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix.
It is believed there is tension between the player and Rojiblancos boss Diego Simeone, leading to reports suggesting that the Portugal star wants to leave the Metropolitano.
According to the latest from Diario AS, Atletico are now open to cashing in on the 23-year-old, with the conflict between the manager and the player said to have reached an all-time high, and per Spanish outlet Sport, Mendes has offered United the chance to sign the forward as Ronaldo's replacement.
It is further claimed that the LaLiga giants have dropped their asking price for the Portuguese forward to £86 million (R1.8 billion), having signed him for a hefty £109 million (R2.3 billion) from Benfica in 2019.
