A former Manchester United transfer target has now finally agreed to join a new club after months as a free agent.
France international Adrien Rabiot has been without a club since leaving Juventus at the end of June when his contract expired.

Rabiot has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford in previous seasons and in the most recent window, but a deal ultimately never came into fruition.
Nevertheless, Rabiot is now set to return to France and join Olympique Marseille on a free transfer, with a two-year deal said to be waiting for the Les Bleus star.

Le joueur s'engagera avec l'OM sous réserve du résultat de la visite médicale.
"Olympique de Marseille announces that it has reached an agreement in principle with Adrien Rabiot for the arrival of the French international midfielder at the club," the Ligue 1 club said in a statement on X.
"The player will sign with OM subject to the results of the medical examination."
The 29-year-old's last stint in Ligue 1 was in 2019 with Paris Saint-Germain, for whom he made 227 appearances, registering 24 goals and 14 assists.
