The Red Devils are not expected to maintain the services of the English forward and could look to cash in on his services when the transfer window opens.

Atletico Madrid have reportedly already made their interest in Greenwood, but it seems they will face competition for Juventus.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Old Lady are keen on making a move for the United forward to help strengthen their attack next season.

Greenwood's contract with United will expire in 2025, which means the Premier League club are expecting to sell the the player rather than lose him for free next year.

United got a lot criticism for reportedly wanting to reintegrate the player back into the squad before the start of the season despite having the charges of attempted rape, engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm dropped in 2023.

The report from the Italian publication added that Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli admire Greenwood's ability on the pitch and feel he could be good wide option in Massimiliano Allegri's 5-3-2 formation.
