Speculation around a potential reunion between Mason Greenwood and Manchester United has now ramped up following recent events.
The striker, currently on loan at Spanish club Getafe, was in LALIGA action earlier this week, and with AS Monaco's former sporting director Paul Mitchell in attendance, he is said to have been keeping a close eye on the Englishman.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the Red Devils are "very aware" of how Greenwood is getting on in Madrid amid the possibility of his return to Old Trafford.
The 22-year-old joined Getafe on loan at the beginning of the season after his parent club announced that it would be helping him seek ways to revitalise his career away from the Theatre of Dreams.
The player was arrested in January last year on charges of attempted rape, assault and coercive control. In February this year, though, the Crown Prosecution Service dropped those charges after key witnesses pulled out.
After completing the temporary move to Getafe, Greenwood has received a warm welcome from the club's fans and has picked up two assists and a goal in his eight LALIGA appearances thus far, helping them team to a steady 11th place on the table.
With three goals and two assists across all competitions, his performances have seemingly caught the eye of United's next potential sporting director Mitchell, who witnessed one of those assists in Getafe's 1-0 win over Cadiz on Monday.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who is believed to be set to own 25% of the Manchester club and have a significant say on the sporting side of the project, is said to be considering appointing Mitchell as United's new sporting director in his first major move at the Manchester club.

It is further claimed that the Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur attended Getafe's match against Cadiz specifically to follow the striker's development.
