Incoming Manchester United coach Ruben Amorim has responded to claims he will try to sign players from Sporting Lisbon in January.
The Portuguese tactician will officially begin his reign at United on Monday, 11 November when the international break starts.
The Red Devils have already been linked with a couple Sporting players, including Pedro Goncalves and Ousmane Diomande.

However, Amorim has ensured the Sporting fans he will not be raiding the club for players in the January transfer window.
"I won't be signing [Sporting players] in January, that's what I said," Amorim told reporters, as per Goal.
"I don't know about the summer. The main thing is to hold on until the summer [laughs].
"After that, we'll see, Sporting's players are very good players. I don't know. We'll see."
When asked specifically about Goncalves, he added, "He can play in any team in the world and with any player, because he is a great player.
"I could take him anywhere. He is very funny, which improves the personal relationship.
"But he is also very intelligent, but he also has to focus on Sporting because we have to be champions this year. But he could play in any team in the world.",
