Ghana star Andre Ayew has finally spoken after his penalty miss during the Black Star's 2022 FIFA World Cup-ending 2-0 defeat to Uruguay last Friday.
The match between the two nations was a highly-anticipated one as it was previewed as a rematch for the iconic 2010 World Cup quarter final clash between them, during which Asamoah Gyan missed a crucial penalty.

Unfortunately for the African nation, it was Ayew who missed a vital spot-kick this time around, in the 21st minute of Ghana's all-important match against the South Americans on Friday, before the Uruguayans scored twice without reply.
Following the Black Stars' early exit from the World Cup, manager Otto Addo confirmed he was resigning from his role.
Ayew has now broken silence for the first time since that penalty miss.
