Ancelotti addresses Bellingham 'problem'

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has addressed  Jude Bellingham's lack of goals ahead of Saturday's El Clasico against FC Barcelona.

The 21-year-old midfielder is yet to score a single goal for the reigning European and LaLiga holders, which does come as a surprise after netting 23 goals last campaign.

Bellingham has made ten appearances this term but Ancelotti insists the England international's lack of goals is not a problem for the team.

"He's doing very well, he's progressing, he's had problems with his ankle and shoulder, but his condition is good," Ancelotti said, as per Goal.

"He is contributing with work, which is very important for us. Last year it was crucial that he scored goals because we had lost an important striker like Benzema.

"We don't have that problem this year because we have a player who can score 45 goals."

The Los Blancos coach also hinted that he might have a surprise for their fierce rivals in the Spanish capital.

"I have something in mind, it doesn't seem right to explain it to you today. You have to watch it tomorrow and then say if I was wrong or not," he added.
