Alexis Sanchez had an eventful first start for Inter Milan after netting his first goal and later receiving a red card as Antonio Conte's charges maintained top spot in Serie A.
Inter joined Liverpool as the only two sides left in Europe's top five leagues with a perfect record this season.
Sanchez was given his first start, and managed to find the back of the net before he turned villain after being given a second yellow card for diving.

"It [red card] could've killed anyone but not us. We're good at dealing with a complex situation and keep on fighting from the bench we were able to balance the situation that needed to be more combat oriented," Conte told Sky Sports Italia.
"We scored the third goal and created another opportunity with Lukaku. I'm happy because after two minutes the unbelievable happened, that goal could killed an elephant," Conte said.
Inter will lock horns with defending champions Juventus in a top-of-the-table Serie A encounter next week.
"I've seen a few games. They're a strong team, coming from eight titles won in a row, many with good performances. There's not much to say.
"But we're proud of the fact that we will head to the Derby d'Italia with 18 points. But let's travel quietly from game to game, in time we will define our ambitions," Conte added.
