A Ghanaian teenage sensation scored a brace to give Jose Mourinho's AS Roma a late 2-0 victory over Genoa on Sunday night, and also set a new all-time Serie A record in the process.
Felix Afena-Gyan recently made headlines after the Portuguese manager labelled him as a player with "different" qualities, and the forward gave a glimpse as to why his head coach holds him in such high regard on the weekend.

The highly rated 18-year-old was brought on in the 74th minute with the two teams yet to break the deadlock, and it took only eight minutes for the African youngster to score, before adding his second with a stunning strike in stoppage time.
According to Football Italia, Felix is now the first player born in 2003 to score in a Serie A match, let alone to bag a brace, and Mourinho has since promised to fulfil a deal he made with the youngster.
"I had promised to buy Felix the shoes he really likes, which are really expensive, they cost €800, so he ran over and told me not to forget!" the 58-year-old revealed in a post-match press conference, per Football Italia.
"Tomorrow morning, the first thing I do is buy him the boots."

Felix also shared his thoughts at full-time after he was seen running straight to the touchline to hug his coach.
"Mourinho is a great person, a great manager and a great coach. He gives you the motivation to learn every day. I am very happy he is here," he told DAZN, per Football Italia
"Tonight is a dream come true. It was my first goal, I was hoping for a very long time. I want to continue my performance, prove myself and do more in future."
"I thank god for this opportunity he gave me, the team, the coach, the fans, players for their amazing support. I also want to say thank you Mom, she is in Ghana, I love you."
