Inter took 25 shots in the tie but were unable to break the deadlock, with Lukaku's struggles continuing in front of goal.
The Belgium star, who has had a number of injuries in this campaign, has found the back of the net only once in Serie A this season, and his frustrations appeared to boil over during his team's most recent match.
During the clash against Atalanta, a misplaced pass had Inter attacking midfielder Nicolo Barella ranting, which seemingly upset Lukaku.
The striker was then spotted on camera shouting back at Barella while waving his finger in disapproval.
"Don't do that, enough with these arms!" Lukaku told Barella, per Football Italia
"Do not do that! It's not good, it's insulting, now stop!"
It is assumed the midfielder replied, before Lukaku reportedly proceeded to shout at Barella: "F*** you, son of a bitch!"
