Liverpool sent crashing out by PSG!

Liverpool 0-1 Paris Saint-Germain (1-1)

Liverpool's UEFA Champions League journey came to an end after losing to Paris Saint-Germain on penalties.

Both teams were unchanged from the first-leg last weekend, as the Ligue 1 giants looked to make up ground and salvaged their campaign on the continent.

The visitors got the start they were looking for after Ousmane Dembele found the back of the net after 11 minutes following a swift counter-attack.

The Reds and PSG both push for goals for the retst of the contest but goalkeeper Alisson and Gianluigi Donnarumma pulled off some great saves,

FC Barcelona 3-1 Benfica (4-1 agg.)

FC Barcelona advanced to the quarter-finals with a dominant 4-1 victory over two-legs against SL Benfica.

Suspended Pau Cubarsi made way for Ronald Araujo in the Blaugrana's sole change from the first-leg win last weekend in Lisbon.

Barca hit the ground running when good work by Lamine Yamal opened up space for Raphinha to nestle the back of the net and make the breakthrough.

The visiting outfit pulled a swiftly reply as veteran defender Nicolas Otamendi leaped at the back-post to head in a corner-kick.

Yamal restored the advantage after a while when he cut in towards the six-yard area and curled emphatically into the top-corner.

Raphinha finished off the contest before halftime with a powerful low shot in the bottom-corner, with the goal awarded on review.

Inter Milan 2-1 Feyenoord (4-1 agg.)

Inter Milan progressed to the quarter-finals with a commanding 4-1 victory on aggregate over Eredivisie charges Feyenoord.

Nerazzurri opted to start without Alessandro Bastoni, Nicolo Barella and Lautaro Martinez who scored in the first-leg in Rotterdam.

French international Marcus Thuram lighted up the arena in the opening minutes as he darted in from the wide channels and curled in the top corner.

However, Feyenoord got a lifeline minutes before halftime when a foul by Hakan Calhanoglu on Jakub Moder led to a penalty which the latter dispatched to make it 1-1.

Calhanoglu made amends two minutes in the second half after stepping up to riffle in a penalty as Mehdi Taremi had gone down in the box.

Inter got moments to add more with little to no threat provided by the men from the Eredivisie, but the host secured the win and comfortable passage to the quarter-finals too.

Bayer Leverkusen 0-2 Bayern Munich (0-5 agg.)

Bayern Munich crushed fellow German outfit Bayer Leverkusen 5-0 over two-legs and advanced to the quarter-finals.

An unchanged eleven for Bayern from the first-leg were presented, while Leverkusen missed star striker Florian Wirtz through injury and restored goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky.

England captain Harry Kane put the Bavarians further ahead in the second half with a calm finish from the area as Leverkusen fluffed their lines.

Kane turned provider minutes to full-time when he delivered a first-time pass in the area for Alphonso Davies to find the bottom-corner and end the contest.
