England took one step closer towards promotion to League A in the UEFA Nations League after defeating Greece 3-0 in Athens on Thursday evening.
Inclusions for the Three Lions saw Ollie Watkins, Noni Madueke, Jude Bellingham and Anthony Gordon line-up in attack, with no sign of Harry Kane.
England didn't take time to get going but were in the lead on seven minutes when Madueke came short to tee-up Watkins for the opener.
More were to come albeit in the closing stages with own-goal from goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos giving the visitors a second before Curtis Jones added another to put the clash beyond doubt.
France 0-0 Israel
France qualified for the quarter-finals after a goalless draw against Israel in League A Group 2 clash at the Stade de France in Paris.
A lot showed in pre-match with Les Blues missing Kylian Mbappe, but still pulled out a steady attack led by Randal Kolo Muani, Michael Olise and Bradley Barcola.
Both teams struggled to unlock each other for the durations with chances few and far between in either half thus left Israel to collect their first point of the campaign.
Belgium 0-1 Italy
Italy qualified for the knockout stages from League A Group 2 through a narrow 1-0 victory over Belgium in Brussels.

The perfect start followed suit when the returning Sandro Tonali ran in-behind to meet a layoff from Giovani Di Lorenzo for a simple finish from close-range.
Belgium didn't drop deep but pushed for a response and were close later on when Wout Faes' effort bounced off the post, though the Azzurri held out for the win.

Norway increased their chances of getting promoted to League A following a commanding 4-1 victory over Slovenia on the road.
The Vikings were off to a fast start with Nusa getting opener on four minutes, but a penalty at the other end minutes later from Benjamin Sesko restored parity.
However, the visitors pulled clear once more courtesy of Manchester City's red-hot marksman Erling Haaland right on the stroke of halftime.
Nusa made the contest comfortable for the Vikings a couple of minutes in the second stanza when he registered his brace after finishing off Alexander Sorloth's delivery.
Slovenia continued to feel the wrath of the visitors, who made it four ahead of fulltime through a cleverly taken effort from Jean-Paul Hauge.
