Pep Guardiola will reportedly hold crunch talks about his imminent future with Manchester City during the 2022 FIFA World Cup amid his contract expiring at the end of this season.
The Spanish boss has enjoyed a trophy laden stay in Manchester with four league titles and numerous domestic trophies.
This season is no different as City are seemingly in a title race while they also progressed into the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League.

With Jurgen Klopp confirming that he will stay in Liverpool, the City hierarchy will be hoping to ensure that they can also keep their manager for another prolonged period.
According to the Daily Mail, Guardiola is set to fly to Abu Dhabi and will sit down with the club's decision makers in the mid season break.
It is said that the former Barcelona coach will reveal what he wants to do beyond this season in this meeting.
The report does not add if the head coach wants to extend his deal or not.

Guardiola's deal expires at the end of this season despite reports suggesting earlier this season that he will extend his stay with the Citizens.
