Paris Saint-Germain boss Christophe Galtier has set the record straight and claimed that Kylian Mbappe is not above the club.
The France forward has been accused of getting favourable treatment since signing a new three-year deal in May.
Earlier in the 2022/23 season Mbappe publicly aimed a dig at Galtier by suggesting that there is more freedom at France to play as opposed to his position in the front three with the Ligue 1 log leaders.
Soon after this public dig, Galtier changed the system in his team's 1-0 win over Olympique Marseille to perhaps suit the 23-year-old.

Neymar also caused a stir when he liked a social media post which suggested that Mbappe's contract has given him more power to make decisions.
The manager has now hit back at claims that Mbappe is above the club and gets treated differently to everyone else.
"He embodies the project, there can be no doubt," Galtier said, per UK Sports Yahoo.
"But when I say that he embodies the project, it is not that he is above the club. Kylian is at the same level as all the other players.
"On the same level as Leo Messi, who has an incredible career, who is the greatest player in the history of football. Kylian is on the same level as Neymar.
"Obviously he is in love with Paris Saint-Germain, but he had a very attentive eye on Real Madrid.

"He made the decision to stay. Thank you for Ligue 1, for PSG, for the players and for me.
"He made a strong decision and he must be respected for that. He is respectable."
