Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Siphelele Mkhulise insists players at the club will get opportunities to play as The Brazilians face a congested fixture that includes the Nedbank Cup and the CAF Champions League.
Sundowns extended their incredible DStv Premiership winning streak to 13 consecutive victories with a 2-1 win over TS Galaxy on Tuesday night at the Mbombela Stadium in Mpumalanga.
Head coach Rulani Mokwena fielded an unfamiliar starting eleven for his squad that saw the likes of Dennis Onyango and Sipho Mbule get a start. Mkhulise delivered a Man of the Match performance on the night as Sundowns looked to avoid a second loss to The Rockets.
"We expected them [TS Galaxy] to come with a similar game plan they had in the first round where they beat us with a counter attack. So, the most important thing for us was for our rest defence to be ready and make they don't get us on the counter-attack," Mkhulise said.

The 26-year-old midfielder has featured 13 times for Sundowns across all competitions this season, but just three of those appearances were the full 90 minutes. Mkhulise is confident that more opportunities will come up.
"We are a team, we have many games coming up and every one will get a chance to play. I'm very happy that we all played well. We had been waiting for a chance and we used it well," he added.
On his performance, Mkhulise said: "I'm very happy to have played well and gotten the Man of the Match award. But obviously I still have to improve some areas of my game. I will watch the game and check what I did wrong in order to improve."
