Chelsea have reportedly agreed to pay Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's full salary to ensure that he leaves them for a certain new team as soon as possible.
The Blues have splashed the cash on a host of new signings this season, including the high-profile trio of Enzo Fernandez, Mykhaylo Mudryk and Marc Cucurella.

With eight new faces having arrived in January alone, only three stars could be added to Chelsea's 2022/23 UEFA Champions League squad for the knockout stage of the competition.
Striker Aubameyang was one of the casualties removed in order to make space for the likes of Joao Felix, Mudryk and Fernandez's inclusion.
The Gabonese forward has been linked with an exit from Stamford Bridge since, with MLS side Los Angeles FC believed to be seriously interested in procuring his services.
With a loan move potentially on the cards, Spanish outlet Relevo has now reported that the London club is willing to pay Aubameyang's full weekly salary of £160 000 (R3.4 million) to ensure that the transfer to LAFC transpires.

He has scored just three goals in 17 appearances since joining Chelsea in a £10.3 million (R221 million) deal from Barcelona last September.
