It was said the alleged attack took place on Saturday, 25 February.
However, Marca reports that the former Real Madrid fullback, who was voted into the 2022 FIFA FIFPro World XI on Monday night, is calm about the situation, despite the news about the case.
While the player has remained tight-lipped on the matter, his lawyer Fanny Colin told Le Parisien in a statement on Tuesday that his client is innocent.
"The accusations are false," Hakimi's legal representative told the French publication.
"He is calm and is at the disposal of justice."
Le Parisien were also able to obtain a comment from PSG, who have backed the footballer with a statement of their own.
"The club is in support of the player who has firmly denied the accusations and trusts justice," the statement read, per Le Figaro.
"PSG is an institution that promotes respect on and off the pitch."
