Veteran midfielder Andile Jali's signature is reportedly being chased by several local clubs as well as continental giants Wydad Casablanca.

Jali recently became a free agent after parting ways with Mamelodi Sundowns following a decorated five-year period at the DStv Premiership champions.

Alongside Wydad, Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates have reportedly shown interest interest in Jali, as well as Cape Town City.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "African giants join race for Andile Jali" story:

"Why is it very rare for former Orlando Pirates players to return to the team that made them household names before their departure to Europe and other major leagues? I can think of a few examples, including the very same Andile Jali," says The Ghost.

"Tebza [Teboho Mokoena] sent him straight to the tarvens this one," says Shikabala.

"Media hype in this article... if these big teams really wanted to, they could have signed him already," says makhause(2).

"I am all for travelling and exploring. At 33, can Jali really compete in Morocco? I would suggest CPT City," says Charles Manyike.

"Go to Morocco Mr Mhlekazi, so that booze does not destroy what is left of your job. If you stay locally, in any club for that matter, it will be one way traffic down.

"Anyway, you had your reasons for coming back home when you could have pushed on to bigger leagues. Correct that error, if it was an error. All the best with your choices and the career, Sir!" says Khothakhosi.

"He should go and revive his career in Morocco, but drinking alcohol is illegal in that country," says maakewitness089.

After his Nedbank Cup final heroics against Sekhukhune United, Zimbabwean striker Terrence Dzvukamanja is reportedly set to receive a new bumper contract at Orlando Pirates.

The in-form attacker's current contract at the Buccaneers expires in June after he moved to the club from Bidvest Wits in 2020, with the club now preparing to offer him a new deal.

The 29-year-old bagged seven league goals in 14 appearances this past season, and capped off a decent season with a stoppage-time winner over in Saturday's cup final.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "Pirates set to offer Dzvukamanja new blockbuster deal" story:

"If Terence Dzvukamanja is serious about his career, he should just join Supersport United FC," says maakewitness089.

"Sundows will lure him to their dressing room, watch this space," says Danito 4 Life.

"It's just that it's not easy to find a well paying and organised team in SA. This boy has been treated badly this season, [he's been revived] thanks to the striker coach who rated him highly," says 999@MKM.

"I have never been a fan of this guy but after Saturday, I'm prepared to give him my support. Viva dzvukamanja vivaaaa," says Zam d King buccaneer.

"I am not an advocate of fans booing players, worse their own team's players but sometimes like in Dzvuka's case, I am tempted to bend my principle a bit and applaud the fans who booed him that their booing might have a significant impact in his revival.

"Maybe that is needed for one to up his game," says Tolly-the-Return.

"Give him a contract now. Keep on scoring boys and win matches, we need more next season. UP THE MIGHTY MABUCCANEER," says mzizimike25.

"I think all is well in rewarding hard workers, releasing players you also not using but I just feel Makgaka was never afforded a chance to show case his talent. Maybe with two additional cup competitions he will get his chance," says @Normz.
