Burundian striker Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana is on his way out at Kaizer Chiefs with his former national coach pointing out to how AmaKhosi failed the 25-year-old.
Chiefs are preparing to offload Bimenyimana just a season after he was signed.

Bimenyimana closed off the season as the club's top goal scorer in the league with seven goals from 17 appearances but has lost the confidence of Arthur Zwane.
The tall striker played twice as a substitute in the last eight league games as he moved from being a starter at the beginning of the season to sitting on the bench and then completely disappearing from the match-day squad.
"The agreement to release Caleb will be between the team and the player it happens," notes Jimmy Ndayizeye, who coached Bimenyimana in the national until earlier this year.
"Caleb is a good player, but I believe perhaps his injury is why he couldn't give all his best to the club.
"He began the championship in a very good way by scoring six goals but then after the injury came, he didn't play good anymore.
"The problem from there was that he now played with an injury which wasn't good.

"Chiefs played him even when he wasn't fit.
"I know him to be a good player, but that injury affected his performance and led to it going down.
"If it wasn't for injury, he was going to score more goals for Chiefs.
"There was a lot of things that I think didn't go well between the player and the club because I think they made him play with an injury which is not good," says Ndayizeye.
Bimenyimana has a year remaining on his contract which is why Chiefs are now negotiating a settlement before sealing his release.
