The transfer saga involving Kylian Mbappe has taken another twist, with the Frenchman having now reportedly issued a massive request to Paris Saint-Germain.
The 24-year-old has been the talk of the town since he made the Ligue 1 reigning champions aware of his desire to leave when his deal expires in June 2024.

While it was said that PSG were hopeful Mbappe would once again commit his long-term future to the club, it is believed they will not allow the superstar to leave the Parc des Princes on a free transfer in a year's time, insisting that if he wants to leave, then they will sell him at the right price in this transfer window.
With the forward now seemingly available to be signed, it is understood Real Madrid are ready to reignite their pursuit of the player, despite losing out on the chance to sign him for free at the end of the 2021/22 season.
According to Fichajes, Mbappe has now issued a demand to PSG if they want him to leave in this window.
The Frenchman has reportedly told the club he wants to receive a portion of the loyalty bonus in his contract he would miss out on if he joined the LaLiga giants prior to his contract ending.
The incentive is understood to be in the region of €70 million (R1.4 billion) and €80 million (R1.6 billion), and the forward reportedly wants at least half of that sum to leave in the coming weeks.

It is further claimed that it would be beneficial to PSG to pay the bonus up front as Los Blancos president Florentino Perez is ready to make an offer for Mbappe that could go as high as €180 million (R3.6 billion).
If Les Parisiens agree to the request, it is believed the France captain would be willing to accept Real's offer as he is keen on finding a beneficial agreement that suits the club and himself despite his initial intention to only leave the Paris-based club next year.
