In news that ha ssurprised many, head coach Aliou Cisse has handed teenage sensation Amara Diouf a shock call-up for their upcoming two fixtures.

The teenager, who turned 15 in June this year, plays his club football for the famous Generation Foot academy, which has produced the likes of Sadio Mane of Al Nassr, Olympique Marseille's Ismaila Sarr, and Tottenham Hotspur's breakout star Pape Matar Sarr.

"It is always the right path if you follow the examples set by the best players in the competition," he said, according to Complete Sports.

"This is a massive thing for me and I am really delighted to break the record.

"It means a lot to me and hopefully I can also follow his path of success."
