An English Premier League club is now reportedly at risk of having even more points deducted from their season.
Everton were stripped of 10 points after an independent commission, earlier this month, determined that the Merseyside club were in breach of the Premier League's Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSRs).

It had been revealed that the Toffees' PSR Calculation for the 2021/22 campaign resulted in a loss of £124 million (R2.8 billion), exceeding the threshold of £105 million (R2.3 million) permitted under the PSRs.
Now, however, the Premier League side's wounds may deepen as The Times reports that the Liverpool-based side are in the process of submitting their 2022/23 accounts to the EPL, but the due date for all clubs has been brought forward to December 31 instead of March the following year.
This also means that breaches of financial rules will be handled before the season comes to a close, in May.
The Toffees' fears of suffering another points deduction originate from the same calculation system that determined their most recent punishment being used again.
The Merseyside club released a statement soon after the deduction was announced, saying that it was both "shocked and disappointed" by the ruling.
"The Club does not recognise the finding that it failed to act with the utmost good faith and it does not understand this to have been an allegation made by the Premier League during the course of proceedings," the club added."Both the harshness and severity of the sanction imposed by the Commission are neither a fair nor a reasonable reflection of the evidence submitted. The Club will also monitor with great interest the decisions made in any other cases concerning the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules."
