Defender Njabulo Ngcobo has opened on some the advice he has received from interim head coach Cavin Johnson as the centre-back looks to fight his way back into the Kaizer Chiefs starting line-up.
Speaking to media at a community outreach event where Chiefs and sponsor Vodacom donated school shoes in Tembisa, Ngcobo spoke openly on what he plans to improve and what advice he has received from Johnson.

"I think for me, what is important is that whatever the coach is asking to play, I must play there, I must work for the team, that's what it's important," Ngcobo said.
"Even at training, I'm working work hard. I do anything I'm asked, I play wherever I'm asked to. If I'm asked to play a certain position the I will play there, I should not only focus on fighting for my position.
"I have to be a soldier that wants to work and that's it."
Ngcobo has made 10 appearances this season for Amakhosi, already more than the amount he accumulated by the half-way stage of the season during his past two seasons at Chiefs.

The centre-back revealed that Johnson has offered advice and tips on how to improve.
