In this feature of Where Are They Now, KickOff catches up with former Mamelodi Sundowns center-back Wayne Arendse about his life after football.
The 2016 CAF Champions League winner says the only thing he would do differently if given a chance as a player again would be to switch positions and play as a striker.
"I'm a big fan of these funny columns you guys make [laughs], I'm glad today is my turn," he tells KickOff.

Am I happy with my playing days?
"I'm more than happy. If you can ask 50% of the players if they would be happy to achieve what I've achieved, they will say they are happy.
"I mean, if you have five league titles when others don't even have one, then even one or two titles in your career is a big thing.
"I was fortunate enough to be part of the team that has won so many cups. If you compare my trophy cabinet with other people who played in the PSL, not many players have won what I've won. So, ja, I'm happy with my soccer career.
"The biggest highlight of my career was winning the Champions League. For me, there is a bigger story around it.
"We were initially kicked out of the Champions League and we were planning to go away on a holiday when we were called to a meeting to be informed we were back in it.
"And to end up winning it also, it was big."
Did I make money from soccer?
"Ha, ha, ha, who hasn't? I mean, you are a professional footballer in one of the big teams. As much as it's your job, it's also your hobby and you like doing it.
"So, ja, I made some small money."
Where I'm living?
"I'm in Midrand, I moved here when I joined Sundowns, and I'm still here, and my three kids are also here. I'm a married man."
My current job?
"I'm at Highlands Park, I'm coaching their U19s. Last year, we won the GDL U19.
"I'm trying to get the coaching levels as well, I have the CAF C, and I'm gonna do the B at the end of this month."
If I could do it again?
"I should have played as a striker, I'm now playing socially on Wednesday nights as a striker.

"And I'm so good at it I can even see what the defenders are about to do before they even do it. I find myself scoring all the time.
"So, if could go back 15 years from now, I will be a striker."
