The annual off-season coaching madness is gathering pace with yet another club being linked with a coaching change following Ernst Middendorp's expected exit at Cape Town Spurs.
Information reaching this website is that John Maduka is unsettled at Royal AM, where he has had to deal with several internal issues since returning to the club in February 2023.

Maduka first left Royal AM in June 2022 and headed out to Maritzburg United, where he was offered better working conditions.
At the time of his departure, Maduka had working-related issues despite guiding the club to third place and qualification to the CAF Confederation Cup.
Maritzburg didn't turn out well and he was back at Royal AM seven months later.
The former Malawi international took care of business for the rest of the 2022/23 season to finish in position 11.
Then without any reinforcements for the 2023/24 season after FIFA imposed a transfer ban, Maduka took the challenge working with what was available for him.
It was a risk, but Maduka kept the Royal AM status in the DStv Premiership despite a nervy finish that had the club only saving themselves from falling into the play-offs on the last day of the season.

There seems to be a similar pattern developing again at Royal AM with the 53-year-old now linked with another exit.
Whispers suggest Royal AM are already in the market for another coach with several names already being thrown around.
