With Marcus Rashford being one of the surprise exclusions from the 2024 UEFA European Championship, his brother has hit out at England following their underwhelming draw against Denmark.
Much to the displeasure of many, England played out to a 1-1 stalemate with the Danes on Thursday to make it four points from two matches at EURO 2024 so far.

While qualification for the round of 16 seems almost certain for them at this stage, the result was hugely criticised by the British press, with many arguing that national team coach Gareth Southgate looks unable to get the best out of this so-called England golden generation.
It seems it was not just fans and the media who took issue with the Three Lions' performance in their second Group C game, with Rashford's brother and agent, Dwaine Maynard, appearing to criticise Southgate's choice to leave the Red Devils forward at home for the showpiece.
According to the Metro, Maynard wrote on Instagram soon after the final whistle was blown on England's game against Denmark: "It's hard to sit and watch when you honestly believe your man could make a difference!"

Rashford's exclusion certainly raised some eyebrows at the time of the announcement as he had been one of Southgate's trusted members, especially during international tournaments.
When asked why he decided to leave the United attacker out of his EURO 2024 team last month – the 26-year-old did not even make the preliminary squad – Southgate answered: "These are, of course, difficult calls. You are talking about very good players who have been important in what we've done over a number of years.
"With Marcus, I just feel that other players in that area of the pitch had better seasons. It's as simple as that."
Rashford, however, did not seem to have any qualms with the decision, wishing his compatriots and the manager good luck in response to his snub.
"Wishing Gareth and the boys all the best for the up and coming tournament," the Englishman wrote on Instagram.
