Jose Mourinho's new club is now reportedly ready to make the move for a R385 million African star.
The Portuguese tactician was appointed as Fenerbahce's newest manager earlier this month, following his dismissal by Serie A giants AS Roma in January this year.

Since the former Real Madrid head coach took over the Turkish side, it has been claimed he has requested that the club's hierarchy sign one of his former players, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
It is also believed that talks between the Super Lig outfit and Al Nassr star Sadio Mane are ongoing, with a meeting said to have been scheduled to facilitate further discussions.
Now, another player has seemingly been added to the mix, with Mourinho understood to be working on shaping the squad in his image ahead of the 2024/25 season.
According to Mundo Deportivo, per Afrik-Foot, the 61-year-old has sent a shortlist of names to the Fenerbahce hierarchy, and it includes Morocco international Youssef En-Nesyri.
It is claimed his club Sevilla would be ready to accept a sum in the region of €20 million to €25 million (R385 million to R486 million) for his signature, and that the Yellow Canaries have already opened discussions with the attacker.
The LALIGA outfit is said to be looking at ways to reduce their payroll after failing to qualify for European football in the upcoming campaign.
As such, it is reported that Los Nervionenses would be eager to sell the forward, who contributed with 20 goals and three assists in 41 games before the 2023/24 club season came to a close.

Securing his services, however, will not be an easy task for Fenerbahce, as it has been suggested that the Premier League's West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur, Italian sides AC Milan and Torino, and clubs in Saudi Arabia are also interested in the striker.
