The Soweto duo of Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates have been handed crucial advice regarding Gaston Sirino following the Uruguayan's departure from Mamelodi Sundowns at the beginning of July.
Sirino is currently a free agent after parting ways with multiple league champions, Mamelodi Sundowns.
The Uruguayan has won six league titles with the club, but his age seems to be a stumbling block for his preferred next clubs.

"A player who joins Kaizer Chiefs or Orlando Pirates should be someone who knows his story," Mngomeni points out, as he begins his interview with KickOff.
"The players Chiefs are signing these days go there unprepared. They become too excited and lose concentration, while some are destroyed by nerves.
"They need to sign a player who is dedicated, somebody who is going to fight for the team using his talent.
"Of late in our football, once you reach 30 years, they say you are too old. They don't care if you are still at your best, and this is one of the trends that kill our football.
"Footballers reach their prime at 30; they have an impact on and off the field at that age. Now that's a mature player," adds the ex-Bafana Bafana international.
Mngomeni reveals he was about to turn 29 years old when he joined the Buccaneers, and having garnered experienced in top-flight football, fitted in like a glove in hand.
'I was experienced enough, and that's why I could easily handle the pressure.
"So, Chiefs and Pirates should judge Sirino by his body and performance, not age. They must look at whether he can still play or not.

"With Sirino, you get a player who brings positive impact to even players around him. His style of play brings energy to the whole team.
"There is that cockiness and confidence about him. He knows how to win, and he even gives you goals."
