A European club is now said to have placed a handsome price tag of at least €4 million (R79 million) on a South Africa-eligible teenage sensation.

The 19-year-old has a South African father, Asanda Sishuba, but has represented Belgium through various youth levels, although he is yet to make his senior national debut for the Red Devils.
Nevertheless, his club future now appears to be in doubt, with reports in France indicating that Lens could part ways with the attacking midfielder following his reduced involvement in pre-season in recent weeks.
It is believed several teams have registered their interest in a potential move for Sishuba after he made seven Ligue 1 appearances last season, although the bulk of them were as a substitute.
According to French publication RMC Sport, Belgian top-flight clubs Union Saint-Gilloise and La Gantoise are particularly keeping tabs on the player's situation.
Although it is suggested that a loan deal could be explored, Union Saint-Gilloise would reportedly be ready to sign the playmaker on a permanent move in this window.
It is said that Lens would expect at least €4 million and a percentage of a future resale of the player to let him go.
The report adds that La Gantoise would rather consider a loan with an option to buy, with the youngster's current deal set to expire in June 2026 only.
Furthermore, Belgian giants Anderlecht have also shown an interest in Sishuba, while Club Brugge is also said to have raised their hand regarding the potential transfer as well.
Following boyhood spells at Excelsior Mouscron and Lille, Sishuba has spent the better part of the past five years representing Lens at various youth levels.
