SuperSport United's latest signing Samir Nurkovic's name is yet to be wiped out at the FIFA DC with his case against Royal AM still unsettled a month after the CAS's decision.
Nurkovic has a case against Royal AM, which has dragged since 2022 and has left the club with a transfer ban for more than a year after not complying with the initial FIFA order.

Royal AM's appeal at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) was classified as inadmissible in October, leaving them having to settle the case by paying Nurkovic an excess of R10 million considering the 5% interest per annum interest.
The initial award on April 27, 2023, came up to R9,9 million in total.
Nurkovic had agreed to a two-year deal with the option of a third year but was only ever paid once before leaving.
"It is over a month now since the decision of CAS was passed which enforced the FIFA decision, which came into effect a year-and-a-half ago," says Nurkovic's legal representative Davor Lazic, Attorney-at-Law, Davor Lazic Attorneys, Zagreb, Croatia.
"The club still hasn't complied with the decision and so what we will do is take this case back to FIFA again and ask them for further sanctions, which could include points deduction.
"They need to pay all that is due as per the judiciary award.
"For now, I have also made communication with SAFA and PSL with regards to this matter and made them aware of the payment deadlines.

"I don't hold anything against the club, but I'm just protecting the interests of my client Samir Nurkovic, whose image was tarnished.
"I will continue to do my part and see where we go next," says Lazic.
