A former Inter Milan manager has reportedly offered his services to one of the teams that will be competing at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Former Inter boss Hector Cuper is now said to be keen on making a return to African football after previously having stints with the Egypt and DR Congo national teams.
The Argentine, who coached Inter between 2001 and 2003, has been without a job since June 2024 after parting ways with the Syrian national side.

Now, with Tunisia believed to still be in search of a new permanent head coach, Cuper has communicated through his agent that he would be keen to take up the job, according to WinWin.com.
Tunisia have been without a permanent coach since October 2024 following the departure of Faouzi Benzarti, who lasted just four games in charge.
The settlement committee in charge of managing the affairs of the Tunisian Football Federation has been in pursuit of a trusted coach who will be able to steer the nation to qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and ensure a good run at AFCON 2025 in Morocco next December.
Those in charge of the Eagles of Carthage are said to be studying several options that have been proposed to them, although there is no indication of when a decision will be made.
Cúper, meanwhile, has an impressive track record in African football, notably managing Egypt. He helped the Pharaohs qualify for AFCON 2017 and led the team to the final of the tournament, where they unfortunately lost to Cameroon.
Moreover, Cúper also guided Egypt to qualification for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
